Day 4 Review

The 4th was pretty good. My weight was 173.

I woke up a little sore and tired. Stretching helped.  I spent a lot of time thinking about what I was going to eat after the 10 days, haha!

After going to a movie, I was very tired, and took a 2 hour nap. I felt pretty great for the rest of the day and night after that.
